I enjoy becoming familiar with my clients & customers as individuals and families and try to be sensitive to their specific needs - not only regarding properties but as individuals. My current position and company have evolved from working as a sales associate & becoming a top producer, to being a cofounder and past broker/owner of Realty Executives of Wausau, to now owning & operating Kilian & Company.

In 1997, I was chosen as a MOST REFERRED agent by my peers & coworkers - the individual to whom my peers would refer their family & friends if they themselves were not in this profession.* I have earned & maintain the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. CRS members have completed advanced training in residential real estate and have a proven track record of sales transactions required to earn the CRS Designation.
